  • April 2024: Congratulations to Loren and Luke for passing their preliminary exams! (Luke managed to go celebrate before we could catch him for a picture.)

  • November 2023: Warren and Heidi went abroad to Venice International University for their PhD Academy on Preserving and Safeguarding the Beauty of Cultural Heritage.
  • October 2023: The Warren Lab was busy attending and presenting at the Southeastern Meeting of the American Chemical Society (SERMACS) that was held here in Durham. Congratulation to everyone on wonderful presentations! Special shout out to Loren for receiving the best student speaker award for the Southeastern Magnetic Research Conference (SEMRC)!

  • May 2023: Yue participated in Graduate Education Day at the North Carolina General Assembly.
  • April 2023: It was a busy month here in the Warren Group. Congratulations to Drs. Xiaoqing Li and Shannon Eriksson on their respective successful defenses and to Finn on passing his preliminary exam! Here we are celebrating all three!
  • March 2023: Heidi presented her research about carbon-based black pigments at the ACS National Meeting in Indianapolis, IN!
